No Clear Leader to a Clear Leadership Team!
Problem
This company was operating without a clear leadership team. Everyone was doing what they believed needed to be done, but there was no alignment, no ownership, and no shared direction. The owner had effectively checked out and was not providing a vision, goals, or guidance for the team.
Without leadership at the top, the organization began to flounder. Effort was being expended, but progress was minimal. Teams worked in silos, decisions were inconsistent, and momentum stalled as uncertainty replaced clarity.

What Was Done to Solve It
Biweekly strategy calls were established to reintroduce intentional leadership into the organization. The process began by creating a vivid vision for the company’s future, making it unmistakably clear that leadership had been absent and that the owner needed to step back into that role.
As the vivid vision took shape, the owner naturally began outlining the processes required to achieve it and identifying the leaders responsible for each area of the business. This exercise shifted the owner from disengagement to ownership and gave the team a clear sense of where the company was headed and how they would get there.
Results
The company now operates with clear direction and guidance. Defined leaders are executing within their specific areas of responsibility, driving progress and accountability.
Collaboration has improved as each leader understands their role and how it supports the rest of the organization. What was once a drifting company now moves forward with purpose, alignment, and shared momentum
